Settings → Customize fields → Knock outcomes.
Per outcome
- Label and short label shown on mobile.
- Pin type and color on the map.
- Default lead status when this outcome is logged.
Defaults
Shipped outcomes include not home, no answer, not interested, interested, appointment set, follow up, callback, do not knock. Edit to match your script.
