Activities are the paper trail on a lead. Knocks are one activity type; you can also log calls, demos, quotes, and payments.
Quick-add pills
On lead detail, tap a pill to log that activity type. Each entry gets a timestamp and appears on the timeline.
Edit an activity
Open an entry on the timeline to change notes or type. On mobile, use the activity edit sheet.
Knocks vs other activities
Knocks also update the map pin and count toward field metrics. Other activities stay on the lead record only.
