Pipeline and stages

Move leads through canvassing stages from first knock to close.

Stages match how you sell at the door. BetterKnocks ships defaults you can use as-is or map from knock outcomes.

Default stages

New Lead
Contacted
Interested
Not Interested
Qualified
Closed

Change stage

Tap the pipeline on lead detail.
Log a knock with an outcome that maps to a stage.
Bulk stage changes are not built in; update leads individually or via API.

Knock outcomes and stages

In Settings → Customize fields → Knock outcomes, each disposition can set a default lead status. That keeps reps from picking stage and outcome separately.
