Install and sign in

Get the iOS or Android app and connect to your workspace.

Reps should use the native app, not the mobile browser, for knock logging and GPS on the map.

Before install

  1. Create a workspace on the web.
  2. Accept a workspace invite if your manager sent one.

Install

  • iOS: App Store, search BetterKnocks.
  • Android: Google Play, search BetterKnocks.

Sign in

Use the same email and password as the web. Pick your workspace if you belong to more than one.

Permissions

  • Location while using the app: map position and knock logging.
  • Contacts (optional): import leads from address book.
  • Photos (optional): branding uploads.
