BetterKnocks help for managers and reps. Web workspace setup, field workflow on mobile, and day-to-day operations.

BetterKnocks splits work between the web app and the mobile app. Managers run territories, analytics, imports, and team setup on the web. Reps log knocks, follow routes, and look up leads on iOS or Android.

Where to start

  1. Create a workspace and sign in on the web.
  2. Set pin types and lead stages that match your script.
  3. Draw a territory and assign it to a rep.
  4. Install the mobile app and log the first knock.
