Territories and zones

Draw zones, assign crews, and read knock pins on the map.

Territories are map polygons tied to a crew. They are how managers assign turf and audit coverage.

Create a zone

  1. Open Field → Zones.
  2. Draw on the map, search by ZIP, pick a county, or import GeoJSON/KML.
  3. Name the zone, set a color, and save.
  4. Assign a member or team on Pro.

Zone detail

  • Edit name, description, and color.
  • Change assignments. Assigned reps get a notification.
  • Delete a zone you no longer use.

Knock pins

Each logged knock adds a pin colored by disposition. Zoom out to spot streets with no pins before the day ends.

Exports

Pro and above: export territory reports as PDF or CSV for standups or franchise reporting.

Free limit

Free workspaces allow up to 10 territories.
