Getting started

Invite your team

Add members, assign roles, and get reps onto the mobile app.

Team members require Pro or above. Each active member counts as a seat on your plan.

Send invites

  1. Open Settings → Members on the web.
  2. Click Invite and enter the rep email.
  3. Pick a role: Admin, Member, or Viewer.
  4. The rep accepts the invite from their email or from the workspace picker after sign-in.

After they join

  • Assign territories so the Field map has context.
  • Assign leads or let reps work open turf.
  • Have reps install the mobile app and sign in with the same email.

Teams (squads)

On Pro, create teams in Settings → Teams. Use teams to filter analytics and assign zones to a crew instead of one rep.
