Create a workspace

Sign up, name your workspace, and configure the basics before your crew hits the field.

A workspace is your market: leads, territories, knocks, and team members live inside it. Most orgs run one workspace per brand or city.

Sign up

  1. Go to betterknocks.com/signup.
  2. Create an account with email and password, or sign in with Google, LinkedIn, or Apple.
  3. Pick a workspace name. This is what reps see when they sign in.

Free plan limits

New workspaces start on Free: 2,500 leads, 20 products, 10 territories, and one user. Upgrade to Pro when you add members or need unlimited leads.

First settings to check

  • Settings → General: country and currency.
  • Settings → Customize fields → Knock outcomes: dispositions your reps tap at the door.
  • Settings → Lead tags: labels you filter on later.
