Form designer

Build forms with drag-and-drop fields on the web.

Form design is web-only. Mobile can open live forms and view responses.

Create a form

  1. Open Forms in the dashboard.
  2. Click New form and name it.
  3. Open the designer.

Field types

  • Inputs: short text, long text, email, number, phone, URL.
  • Choice: dropdown, radio, checkbox.
  • Date, signature (draw, type, or upload).
  • Layout: heading, paragraph, video embed, divider.

Field settings

Label, placeholder, required flag, validation, and options for choice fields.

Publish

Save draft while you work. Publish when ready. Copy the public URL from the forms list. Preview at /f/{slug}/preview before sharing.
