Create a workspace, invite your crew, draw territories, and run the first knock on web and mobile.

BetterKnocks splits manager work (web) and rep work (phone). This guide gets a new org from signup to the first logged knock in under an hour.

1. Create a workspace

  1. Sign up at betterknocks.com/signup with email.
  2. Name the workspace after your market or brand.
  3. You start on Free: 200 leads, solo, limited territories.

2. Configure the basics

  • Settings: pin types for your dispositions (not home, callback, appointment, closed).
  • Settings: lead stages that match your script.
  • Optional: custom fields for roof type, pest plan, or campaign code.

3. Territories

Open Territories, draw a polygon around the neighborhood you will hit this week, and assign yourself or a rep. Imported or manual leads inside the zone show on the map.

4. Mobile for reps

  1. Install BetterKnocks from the App Store or Google Play.
  2. Sign in with the same email.
  3. Open today's route, tap the next address, log a knock.

5. Invite the team (Pro)

On Pro, add members in workspace settings and assign roles. Each rep gets mobile access; managers keep analytics and territory editing on the web.
