Reps should use the native app, not the mobile browser, for knock logging and GPS on the territory map.

Install

  1. Create a workspace on the web first.
  2. Android: Play Store, package com.doorninja.app.
  3. iOS: App Store, search BetterKnocks.
  4. Sign in with the same email and password as the web.

Permissions

  • Location while using the app: knock logging and map position
  • Contacts (optional): import leads from address book on some builds
  • Photos (optional): workspace branding uploads

Offline knocks

Log dispositions without service. Sync happens automatically when connectivity returns. If a knock seems missing on the web, pull to refresh on the manager dashboard.

Common issues

  • Empty route: manager must assign territory and leads to your user.
  • Wrong workspace: sign out and sign in; pick workspace if prompted.
  • Update required: install the latest build from the store.
