Security

BetterKnocks is a multi-workspace SaaS product. Each workspace isolates leads, knocks, territories, and members. You sign in with email authentication. API keys are scoped to the workspace that created them.

Controls

• HTTPS in transit
• Role-based permissions on Pro and above
• API keys that can be created and revoked in workspace settings
• Hosted on Vercel with data in Supabase (Postgres)

Subprocessors

Infrastructure includes Supabase (database and auth), Vercel (app hosting), and Resend (transactional email). Payment providers process cards when billing is connected. We do not sell customer data.
