Data processing addendum

When your organization is the controller of homeowner or lead personal data stored in BetterKnocks, we process that workspace content as a processor to provide the product. Account and billing data we hold about you as a user is described in the privacy policy.

We will process workspace content on your instructions as implemented in the product (including API calls you make), keep it confidential, use subprocessors listed on the security page, and assist with deletion when you close a workspace, subject to backups and legal retention.

For a signed DPA, email support@betterknocks.com with your legal entity name and a description of the processing. Standard contractual clauses can be included where required for international transfers.
