By creating a BetterKnocks account or using betterknocks.com, the mobile apps, or the API, you agree to these terms. If you use BetterKnocks for an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it. Last updated 28 August 2026.

The service

BetterKnocks provides software for door-to-door operations: workspaces, leads, territories, knock logging, analytics, and optional API and MCP access according to your plan. We may change features with notice where required.

Accounts and content

You are responsible for credentials, for having a lawful basis to store personal data about homeowners and leads, and for member activity in your workspace. You retain rights to your workspace content. You grant us a license to host and process it to provide the service.

Acceptable use

No abuse of the API, no unauthorized access, no uploading unlawful content, no interfering with other customers. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Plans and payment

Free, Pro, Elite, and Enterprise limits are described on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed as agreed at checkout or by invoice. Fees are non-refundable except where law requires.

Disclaimer

The service is provided as available. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation. Liability is limited to fees paid in the three months before a claim, to the extent permitted by law.
