A knock is the record of a door visit. It should take seconds on the phone and update the lead automatically.
On mobile (reps)
- Open today's route or search the address.
- Tap Log knock or the disposition bar.
- Pick outcome: not home, callback, appointment, not interested, closed, etc.
- Optional note; save. Stage and map pin update.
On web (managers)
Open a lead and log an activity, or review knocks in Team performance and on the territory map.
Pin types
Customize dispositions in workspace settings so they match your script. Each pin type can map to a default stage change.
