In door-to-door sales, a sit-down is when the homeowner agrees to a longer conversation inside, often leading to a demo or close. Setters knock; closers sometimes run the sit-down.

  • Disposition at the door creates or updates the lead
  • Appointment time on the lead and shared calendar
  • Manager sees sit-down count and conversion by rep
