When door-knocking software shows a price

What BetterKnocks, SalesRabbit, SPOTIO, and eCanvasser published about price, trials, and seat minimums on 28 October 2026.

  • Field ops
  • D2D CRM
  • Knock logging

Buyers comparing canvassing tools hit a wall: one site shows a number, the next one asks for a demo, and review roundups fill the gap with guesses. This page answers a narrower question. On a fixed date, could you see a price, start without a sales call, and tell whether a seat minimum or a card stood in the way?

Rules, written before the check

  • Products, chosen because they are already on the best door knocking apps page: BetterKnocks, SalesRabbit, SPOTIO, eCanvasser.
  • Date: 28 October 2026. Each row is what that vendor's own pricing page showed that day.
  • A published price means a numeric price on the vendor page, with no form to unlock it.
  • Start without a sales call means a public free plan, lite app, or trial the page describes. A "schedule a demo" button is not a start.
  • Card before use is recorded only when the page says a payment method is collected, or when we submitted the form. We did not submit any signup form.
  • Other door-knocking apps publish prices too. They were outside this four-product list, so they are not in the table.

A calculator on the same page showed Core at $299/month up to 50,000 contacts and Pro at $1,299/month up to 1,000,000. Enterprise: custom. The cards also showed "$234 billed monthly" beside those plan names. That figure is recorded and not treated as the Core price.FAQ describes a 7-day trial from online signup, then an automatic charge. We did not create an account.Unlimited users. Price follows database size. Enterprise has a 12-month minimum. FAQ: no setup fee on online signup.FAQ says the trial ends with an automatic charge. That is their statement. How to read this

SalesRabbit publishes per-user prices and still requires an implementation package and a contract of one to three years. SPOTIO does not publish a price and states a floor of five people. eCanvasser publishes prices and also shows more than one figure for Core and for Pro on the same page, so a single "eCanvasser costs X" line would be false. BetterKnocks publishes Free, Pro, and Elite on pricing.

This check does not say which tool is cheaper at ten users. SPOTIO has no public price, eCanvasser's page disagrees with itself, and SalesRabbit adds an implementation package whose price was not listed.
